Return & Refund policy

We're sorry about that if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we accept return requests for most items within 7 days after you signed the parcel. The procedure is as follows:

Step-by-Step Return:

  • Receive Instructions: If approved, you'll get a return shipping label and directions.
  • Return Address: The customer service will send the return address to you by email after agrees to return the items.
  • Send Your Item: Post it to us using a trackable shipping method.

After Your Return:

  • We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your package.
  • Refund timing varies by bank (2-7 working days). We'll issue the refund to your original payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. No returns on worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.
  • Custom items and production orders are returnable only if defective.

Additional Notes: 

  • If it's a product quality issue, we'll cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality-related matters, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Track your return package; we're not responsible for lost/stolen items in transit. Proof of postage and delivery is required for refunds.
